Amphib Motorbike

The rules are:
- The start/finish will be the Pendigo Lake beach.
- The fixed marker will be the Pendigo Lake fountain.
- The motorcycle must have an engine in it original frame and 2 wheels,
witch are the only parts to touch the ground when it is ridden in "land" mode.
- The lake is 6-9 feet deep.
- Entry is free.
- The 1000 pounds will be awarded to the person who sets the fastest time
from start to finish. The bike must use its one power to get from start to finish
so no paddling once you plop into the drink.
