Where two M2B vehicles are/where offered for sale.
The first photo is of a M2 with side pontoons folded in, ready to drive.
"Comet" is here name in the British Royal Army.
In the German Federal Army, here name is just M2B.
The M2B is the refit version of the M2 and they are build by EWK "Eisenwerke Kaiserslautern"
EWK's partner in developing the M2 was Klockner-Humboldt-Deutz.
The developed of the M2 started in 1954 and she was in produced until 1982 for many armies
of the NATO and other "western" countries (389 vehicles).

Two M2s connected together that make a auto-propulsion platform with
a payload of 32 Tons. and a deck area of 110 m².
They where used here to operate a submersible tunnel dredger in a
artificial lake in Spain.

Both left and right gauche indicate the running hours of the engines.
Both have little running hours.
