This vehicle is a supply transporter for the Air Defence System SA-8-B, that is also based on the chassis BAZ-5937.
Under the coffin looking hood a hydraulic crane (650kg) is mounted, to supply the air defence systems with rockets, weapons and fuel.
Operation of this vehicle is done by 2-3 men.

So before hitting the road you have to phone the police and tell them the desteny and then it is OK. ;-)
Baz-5939 The tyre pressure can be changed from the driver cabin. There are 3 seats in the cabin.
